Do we take custom orders? We love custom orders! Contact us for your special request so you can design a one of a kind piece to be cherished always at info@sapphire23.com. Additional fees/deposit for materials, time to create, consulting/researching, rush charge ($20), will be considered. 

 

Content Information:   Our jewelry is handcrafted with a variety of materials: gemstones, glass beads, crystals, semi-precious stones and shells. We use the highest quality materials to handcraft jewelry. 

 

Sizing and Proper Fitting: Some of our handmade jewelry (bracelets, waist adornments, anklets) will require you to indicate size needed. If you do not indicate your size needed, this will delay the creation & processing of purchased item(s). When ordering Waistbeads/ Waist Adornments, please provide waist measurements (in inches) for where you want your jewelry to rest. Care Instructions: 

You can shower/bath, exercise and swim with your jewelry on. Metal Accents are non-tarnish and nickel free. However, they may become dull due to sweat and soap build up. Use of jewelry polishing cloth can clean and restore their shine. Be conscious of your jewelry when removing your clothes and using the toilet. Unfortunately, excessive or repeated force over time will cause your jewelry to break. Over time beads can fade, but their purpose never will. We are not responsible for replacing discolored items after use.

 

How do we ship? Orders typically ship within 2 business days of receipt during non-peak times or seasons. In peak seasons (Thanksgiving through end of January or other seasonal sales) please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Upon shipping, you will be notified by email with a tracking number. 

 

* Verify shipping address prior to completing order, as we ship to address provided via PayPal Checkout. You may have to contact PayPal to update your mailing address or it will be shipped out to the address provided when order is placed online. Once the item has been shipped you will have to contact USPS.

 

*If an item has to be reshipped, you will be sent an additional invoice, with new shipping cost, to have the item reshipped. 

Do we have guarantee on quality? We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. Quality is priority. 

 

Exchange/Return Policy? All SALES ARE FINAL. We are unable to process exchanges at this time. 

 

What payment method is available? PayPal Checkout- Allows you to buy goods easily, without the need to input your shipping and billing details. This ensures your personal and payment information is transmitted securely to us.
